  • Serve as the dedicated AM for a specified AE, growing their accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and drive to resolution.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources.
  • Develop product/industry knowledge, vendor resources, GPS offerings.
  • Maintain relationships with GuidePoint vendors and AE's customers.
  • Close renewals, upsell, and net-new sales with AE guidance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven success in Inside Sales
  • Cyber Security experience required
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
