  • Own a portfolio of customers to ensure adoption, value, and retention.
  • Develop account plans to drive renewals, reduce churn, and grow accounts.
  • Present and negotiate renewal proposals; structure multi-year options.
  • Monitor customer health via usage analytics and insights to spot risks early.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales Ops, and Renewals for smooth contracting.
  • Maintain product knowledge; guide customers to adopt features and configurations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles (account management, customer success, or renewals).
  • 4+ years managing renewals and growth in SaaS.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools (Gainsight, Tableau, Looker).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and COM frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.
