๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles (account management, customer success, or renewals).
- 4+ years managing renewals and growth in SaaS.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools (Gainsight, Tableau, Looker).
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and COM frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise software customers or in a DevOps environment.
