  • Establish and grow first-class client and distributor relationships.
  • Own and drive revenue growth by identifying national and regional distributor opportunities.
  • Create and execute regional/account sales plans to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Travel about 10% for major industry shows and client meetings.
  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client Development, Marketing, Insights) to support accounts.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 0-3 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (natural foods).
  • Knowledge of Natural Independents at HQ and Bristol Farms.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills; data analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
