  • Lead program launch strategy and ongoing growth for Mid-Market Merchants portfolio
  • Lead growth and merchant relationship strategy for strategic relationships
  • Monitor program performance using data to identify ROI opportunities and sustainable growth
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with internal and external executives
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of new product features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Risk, Analytics, Marketing) to support merchant growth

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years owning customer relationships
  • Exceptional written and oral communication; able to collaborate across levels
  • Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in revenue share models
  • Experience collaborating with C-Level executives
  • Experience with ecommerce, fintech and analytics tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Shopify) is a plus
