  • Lead renewal negotiations and expansion for Mid-Market customers (500-2,500 employees)
  • Build relationships with Loopio customers via emails, calls, video, and meetings
  • Map customer orgs and develop strategies to engage new units/regions
  • Partner with Customer Success to understand adoption and identify expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with internal guidance
  • Conduct discoveries and online demos to expand usage

  • 3+ years in Account Manager/Executive role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing sales opportunities and managing complex deals
  • Experience growing relationships with named accounts across FS/Tech/Business Services
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator and communicator
  • Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight
