  • Understand client marketplace models, advertiser base, monetization goals.
  • Guide onboarding, optimization, and long-term growth on Topsort.
  • Lead QBRs and data-driven reviews (impressions, ROAS, fill rates).
  • Collaborate with product/engineering/support to resolve issues.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and new monetization surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s from top-tier school.
  • 3+ years in client-facing roles (AM/CS/consulting).
  • Strong interpersonal skills; build trust quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset; interpret product data.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech/SaaS or marketplaces (a plus).
