Account Manager - Kroger Omnichannel

📋 Description

• Act as a 360 account manager for Kroger and Kroger.com.
• Manage relationships across Kroger’s digital and retail ecosystem.
• Collaborate with sales, insights, and media teams to drive ROI.
• Plan and execute marketing, ads, and promotions across Kroger platforms.
• Set operating standards for managing client programs online and in-store.
• Represent client interests to Kroger, 84.51°, and KPM.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (food).
• 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Familiar with Kroger systems incl. Prism, Stratum, KPM, KAP, 84.51°.
• Previous Kroger in-store or digital experience; account management experience.
• Experience managing retailer campaigns or omnichannel marketing in grocery.
