  • Develop and grow relationships with Kroger decision-makers to grow Dr. Squatch omnichannel presence
  • Work with brokers and external partners to develop strategies at Kroger
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Sales to execute Kroger sales plan
  • Drive marketing collaboration to create on-shelf merchandising for Dr. Squatch
  • Develop and own Kroger trade promotions and customer spend strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute retail initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales, BD, or Account Management in CPG (Kroger a plus)
  • Strong Kroger and Harris Teeter relationships; national accounts preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales goals
  • Experience managing multiple broker networks
  • Experience optimizing performance and managing third-party merchandising
  • Excellent communication and travel flexibility
