📋 Description

  • Prospect clinical accounts to secure IT staffing partnerships
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase orders
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts, including transitioned clients
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Handle a high volume of activity in a fast-paced environment with urgency
  • Build strong relationships with IT leadership, hiring managers, and procurement
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure delivery and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; direct IT industry experience can substitute
  • Minimum 3 years of IT staffing experience
  • Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
