- 3-6 years in account management, partnerships, or BD in tech/fintech/blockchain.
- Proven track record expanding accounts and driving outcomes.
- Knowledge of blockchain infra concepts: validators, RPC, indexers, on-chain data.
- Familiarity with data/analytics platforms in financial services contexts.
- Strong communication and relationship management; translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and cross-functional collaboration.
