πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for INDOPACOM customers and DoW stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with INDOPACOM modernization priorities.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities within INDOPACOM programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Support proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and capture activities to position the company competitively.
  • Monitor program performance to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in defense, aerospace or advanced tech with U.S. military accounts (INDOPACOM preferred).
  • Proven success in account management, business development, or program support for complex HW/SW.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. defense acquisition, contracting, and requirements development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with technical teams; RFI/RFP responses and capture management.
