- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for INDOPACOM customers and DoW stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with INDOPACOM modernization priorities.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities within INDOPACOM programs.
- Partner with internal teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Support proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and capture activities to position the company competitively.
- Monitor program performance to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in defense, aerospace or advanced tech with U.S. military accounts (INDOPACOM preferred).
- Proven success in account management, business development, or program support for complex HW/SW.
- Strong understanding of U.S. defense acquisition, contracting, and requirements development.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration with technical teams; RFI/RFP responses and capture management.
