  • Single point of contact for all account aspects.
  • Partner with Customer Success Architect on accounts.
  • Lead strategic account planning; drive renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct business reviews with executives and align stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Legal.

  • 7+ years in full cycle SaaS, post sales acct mgmt
  • Proven track record closing $250K+ deals end to end
  • Book of business with net retention quota $5M+; contracts >$1M ARR
  • Engage with technical users and executives (Eng, Product, Design)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; cross functional collaborator
  • Curiosity for product analytics; comfortable presenting to C-suite
