Account Manager II

📋 Description

• Support key institutional client relationships and manage client needs with sales and operations.
• Address client escalations and communicate updates to Account Management Leadership.
• Enhance client experience by supporting partner management and seamless execution.
• Build product and workflow expertise across multi-product client workflows.
• Manage client requests: triage issues, prioritize, and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to demos and sales support: participate in client demos with the sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management/Relationship Management.
• Team-oriented and client-focused with collaboration and urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
