  • Create, drive, and execute revenue upsell opportunities in your book of business
  • Partner with Renewals Managers to scope renewals for growth
  • Own all commercial activity within your book of business

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years software sales experience; BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Experience selling HCM or Compensation SaaS to organizations up to 1,000 employees
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of HRIS, compensation, talent management, benefits tech
  • Able to work independently and manage performance
  • Experience selling at the C-level to HR personas
