  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Learn Vanta’s product roadmap to speak confidently with customers.
  • Align with CSMs to monitor health and communicate clearly with accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to increase platform usage.
  • Manage expansion/renewal cycles from first meeting to close.
  • Forecast expansion and churn; maintain SFDC pipeline hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience selling to or managing customers
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; second European language preferred
  • Able to work in Dublin or London office 3 days a week (Tue-Thu)
  • Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without BDR/inbound support
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency
