π― Requirements
- Location: Based in San Francisco; Hybrid, in office 2β3 days per week
- Experience: 3β5 years in Account Management/Sales/CS at a SaaS company
- Revenue Track Record: history of meeting and exceeding renewal/expansion targets
- SaaS Acumen: understanding of SaaS models, ARR metrics, contracts
- Domain (Preferred): IAM/IT/Security background a plus
- Communication: excellent communication and executive presence
