  • Own the Renewal Cycle: manage end-to-end renewals; protect and grow ARR.
  • Drive Upsells & Expansions: close opportunities; expand usage.
  • Straddle CS & Sales: bridge CS and Sales; build pipeline.
  • Account Planning: develop strategic account plans; align objectives.
  • Commercial Negotiations: lead pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: maintain CRM; provide weekly/monthly forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Location: Based in San Francisco; Hybrid, in office 2–3 days per week
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Account Management/Sales/CS at a SaaS company
  • Revenue Track Record: history of meeting and exceeding renewal/expansion targets
  • SaaS Acumen: understanding of SaaS models, ARR metrics, contracts
  • Domain (Preferred): IAM/IT/Security background a plus
  • Communication: excellent communication and executive presence
