  • Maintain low-touch daily contact with pooled accounts to drive renewals.
  • Develop rapport by providing market insights and solutions for product value.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer success (e.g., Account Executive, CSM, or AM).
  • Proven success in monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Strong business acumen and tech-savvy with focus on ROI and customer value.
  • Ability to articulate product features to inspire sales and build trust.
  • Experience creating sales strategies inclusive of 3rd party solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills via phone, video, and email.
