- Experience supporting late-stage deal cycles with internal alignment
- Strong operational rigor with health checks, validation and triage
- Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Eng, Ops, Risk, and Finance
- Clear client communication including executive-ready updates
- Fluent Korean and business English
