  • Expand customer relationships with the Account Executive, closing opportunities up to $100K.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with AEs, Renewals, and CSM to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support opportunities.
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature adoption.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales or Account Management, SaaS, with quota experience.
  • Experience with companies of 2,000+ employees.
  • Drive, determination and accountability.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to learn a feature-rich app.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or other) and Google/MS Office proficiency.
