- 3+ years in quota-carrying SaaS account management or expansion sales; enterprise preferred.
- Proven ability to retain/grow a book via consultative relationship management and account planning.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and growth levers.
- Experience managing high-volume Enterprise accounts with pipeline hygiene.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Excellent communication with senior executives.
