  • 3+ years in quota-carrying SaaS account management or expansion sales; enterprise preferred.
  • Proven ability to retain/grow a book via consultative relationship management and account planning.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and growth levers.
  • Experience managing high-volume Enterprise accounts with pipeline hygiene.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Excellent communication with senior executives.
