๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own a book of existing customers in Japan: retention, renewals, upsells and adoption.
  • Build executive and technical relationships in Japanese and English.
  • Drive adoption of Fivetran connectors through consultative conversations.
  • Manage contracting lifecycle with Legal and Sales Ops.
  • Provide forecasts for renewals/expansions; keep Salesforce up to date.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, SE, Product, Marketing and Partners.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker with strong professional English.
  • 3+ years in SaaS account management, CS, or Enterprise AE.
  • Strong project management; coordinate multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
  • Negotiation experience with renewals and amendments.
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with data platforms, ETL, analytics.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
