Account Manager (ENT/Strategic) (Hybrid) (Position located in Arlington, Virginia)
π Description
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts for KnowBe4 (Hybrid, Arlington).
- Develop account plans and drive renewals and upsell.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Security teams.
- Align client needs with HRM+ offerings.
- Represent KnowBe4 in client meetings and industry events as needed.

- Experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Security, Product).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or security awareness concepts.
- Hybrid role in Arlington, VA.
