- Share customer insights, feedback and risks with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
- Continue to develop post-implementation playbooks, best practices and support processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred).
- Experience working with complex software products.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work.
