📋 Description

  • Plan and coordinate post-implementation tasks across the CS lifecycle.
  • Run regular customer check-ins (monthly/quarterly/annually) to align goals and performance.
  • Proactively monitor account health, document key interactions and actions to improve it.
  • Keep CRM and internal systems accurate; provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Share customer insights, feedback and risks with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
  • Continue to develop post-implementation playbooks, best practices and support processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred).
  • Experience working with complex software products.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple customers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work.
