  • Onboard and train venues with Account Managers to start quickly.
  • Drive Month-over-Month ops growth and KPI-driven venue performance.
  • Own partner assortment—list initial products and update items to optimize conversions.

  • Gather partner feedback and translate into product/marketing/ops improvements.
  • Be the main communicator between Wolt and restaurant partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, business development or similar.
  • Self-starter, reliable team player, able to deliver results and manage multiple projects.
  • Build extensive mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Structured, detailed, service-oriented.
  • Strong analytics with Looker or Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving with bias for action and impact.
  • Proactive, independent thinker with grit and determination.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; adapt tone to audience.
  • Native Slovak and fluent English (B2+).
