  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Understand Vanta’s product offerings and roadmap to address customers confidently.
  • Align with CSMs to monitor customer health and effective communication.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts to increase usage.
  • Manage expansion/renewal opportunities from first meeting to close.
  • Forecast monthly expansion and churn with meticulous SFDC pipeline hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or full-cycle sales
  • Hybrid role based out of Sydney office (3 days/week)
  • Proactive prospecting and expansion pipeline management
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication
  • Highly motivated with urgency and adaptability
  • Collaboration across CS, Marketing, Enablement, and Support
