- 7+ years customer-facing experience in Account Mgmt/CS/Renewals.
- 4+ years managing renewals and growth in a SaaS environment.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight/Tableau/Looker.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to leverage data analytics and health metrics.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and COM frameworks.
