  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities based on ROI, goals, adoption metrics.
  • CRM proficiency; Clari, ChurnZero, Pendo; Salesforce/SFDC experience a plus.
  • Strategic planning; 12-month roadmaps; account health checks.
  • Proven track record of upsell/cross-sell; 200-300 accounts experience.
