📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption and retention.
  • Develop and execute account plans for renewals, churn risk, and expansion.
  • Present and negotiate renewal proposals; structure multi-year options.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales Ops, and Renewals for contracting and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of combined customer-facing experience in AM/CS/Renewals.
  • 4+ years managing renewals and growth in SaaS.
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools like Gainsight, Tableau, Looker.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
