  • Manage full lifecycle of assigned accounts (DMOs) on the west coast.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
  • Execute outreach to drive product adoption, retention, and upsells.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities with your BDR.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual retention and revenue targets.
  • Primary contact for customers; ensure positive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention or growth targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and drive engagement.
  • Cross-functional experience with Product, Marketing, Sales, or CS teams.
  • Familiarity with travel/tourism/DMO industry is an asset.
