  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts.
  • Serve as primary client contact, driving satisfaction and growth.
  • Lead proposals, scopes, and pitches with sales and delivery teams.

  • Coordinate with talent and delivery to align resources for clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in tech/outsourcing.
  • Experience with Nearshoring hubs, agile delivery models, nearshore teams, and recruitment-based services.
  • Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong numerical aptitude for revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
