π― Requirements
- 4+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in tech/outsourcing.
- Experience with Nearshoring hubs, agile delivery models, nearshore teams, and recruitment-based services.
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong numerical aptitude for revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
