  • Experience with nearshore hubs, delivery models, and recruitment-based services.
  • Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong numerical aptitude for forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients.
