- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts.
- Act as primary contact for clients; ensure satisfaction, retention, growth.

- Partner with talent and delivery teams to align resources to client needs.
- Travel to the U.S. as needed for client visits and onboarding.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years in client services, account management, or sales in tech/outsourcing.
- Experience with nearshore hubs, delivery models, and recruitment-based services.
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong numerical aptitude for forecasts, rate negotiations, and metrics.
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients.
