šÆ Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience (SDR/BDR or sales internship) or SaaS interest.
- A passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges.
- A self-starter mentality with ability to adapt and push yourself without warm leads.
- Resilience and persistenceāovercome rejection and learn.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage with senior leaders and handle objections.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper is a plus.
