  • Act as an expert on Bloomerang’s fundraising, donor, and volunteer solutions.
  • Quickly articulate value to busy decision-makers.
  • Engage inbound inquiries and re-engage past prospects to boost conversions.
  • Qualify/disqualify inbound leads via phone, email and live chat; schedule meetings.
  • Create and nurture a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and lead tracking in Salesforce, Qualified Chat, Chilipiper, and Outreach.

  • 1+ year of sales experience (SDR/BDR or sales internship) or SaaS interest.
  • A passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges.
  • A self-starter mentality with ability to adapt and push yourself without warm leads.
  • Resilience and persistence—overcome rejection and learn.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage with senior leaders and handle objections.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper is a plus.
