🎯 Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • 2-5 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize
  • Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet industries
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Preferred: Experience working with Dog Breeders
