- Serve as dedicated Account Manager for a specified AE to grow their book of business.
- Respond to customer inquiries and move to resolution.
- Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources.
- Develop and maintain product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with GPS vendors and AE customers; leverage resources.
- Represent GPS at customer meetings and drive renewals, upsell, and new opportunities.

- Proven success in Inside Sales.
- Cyber Security experience required.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Team player with multitasking ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office experience; degree preferred.
