  • Serve as dedicated Account Manager for a specified AE to grow their book of business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and move to resolution.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources.
  • Develop and maintain product/industry knowledge and GPS service offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with GPS vendors and AE customers; leverage resources.
  • Represent GPS at customer meetings and drive renewals, upsell, and new opportunities.

  • Proven success in Inside Sales.
  • Cyber Security experience required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Team player with multitasking ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office experience; degree preferred.
