📋 Description

  • Build and manage broker portfolio; onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Manage broker accounts daily; price and close deals on time.
  • Serve as primary contact for partner brokers; provide proactive guidance.
  • Support pricing and contracting; gather info; navigate supplier needs.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth quote-to-contract flow.
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts to drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 1+ year in Sales Support, Account Management Support, or similar office role.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; interact with brokers and internal teams.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities; fostering trust and partnerships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
