🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2–4 years in account management or customer success in SaaS/tech.
  • Strong PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; clear communication.
  • Understanding of audit and accounting processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of government procurement and compliance (preferred).
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); able to present to diverse stakeholders.
