📋 Description

• Represent Aledade/practice relationship across financial, quality, population health.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and report to stakeholders.
• Develop project plans to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Build relationships with physicians, providers, and health-system executives.
• Present performance, financial impact, and contract goals to executives.
• Train staff and physicians on processes and technology; assess training.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in nursing, social work, health tech, or IT-related fields.
• 8 years in medical practice management; degree optional with experience.
• 5 years executive-level written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6-8 years in practice management, PM, account mgmt, analytics.
• Preferred: organizational/project management; process mapping; computer skills.
