- Act as the primary contact between clients/agencies and internal teams to coordinate campaigns. \n
- Manage omnichannel digital campaigns (OLV, Display, CTV) with high-quality execution. \n
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: briefing, trafficking QA, in-flight reporting, post-analysis. \n
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives. \n
- Provide weekly reporting and PCA insights. \n
- Maintain accurate account documentation and client communications. \n
🎯 Requirements
\n- \n
- 1-2+ years in account management/client services in media/advertising \n
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media types and buys \n
- Experience managing omnichannel campaigns across digital channels (display, video, rich media) \n
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management \n
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple clients and deadlines \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets; PowerPoint/Slides) \n
