- Legal authorization to work in the European Union.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- 2+ years in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
- Strong relationship management with track record of retention/growth.
- Commercial acumen and a consultative mindset to translate client needs.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
