๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fast-growing SaaS businesses
- Proven track record in fast-growing SaaS businesses
- Prior responsibility for a portfolio of more than 200 accounts across segments/verticals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence decisions
- Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
- High attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and anticipating needs
- Experience in CS/Renewals/Sales or IT manager or Software Sales
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to put customers' needs first
- Some travel required (events/on-sites)
