  • Engage with customers to align customer goals with our solutions
  • Collaborate with CSMs, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services for great customer experience

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-growing SaaS businesses
  • Proven track record in fast-growing SaaS businesses
  • Prior responsibility for a portfolio of more than 200 accounts across segments/verticals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence decisions
  • Proven ability to conduct seven-figure renewal negotiations
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and anticipating needs
  • Experience in CS/Renewals/Sales or IT manager or Software Sales
  • Customer-centric attitude and willingness to put customers' needs first
  • Some travel required (events/on-sites)
