📋 Description

  • Lead day-to-day contact for Roku’s clients, including agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with revenue retention and growth.
  • Develop renewal strategies to mitigate risk and drive long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales on RFPs, translating objectives into actions.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; troubleshoot with Ad Operations.
  • Lead mid- and post-campaign reporting with insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of consultative account management in ad tech or media planning.
  • Experience managing client relationships with revenue retention, renewals, and account growth.
  • Proven ability to proactively engage clients with strategic recommendations that drive growth.
  • Experience presenting performance insights to senior client stakeholders.
  • Hands-on programmatic video campaigns across SSPs and DSPs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Looker, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
