๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead day-to-day contact for Rokuโ€™s clients (advertisers/agencies)
  • Be expert on Roku ad products with Analytics/Measurement support
  • Manage and grow accounts; upsell and renewals
  • Craft data-driven narratives; present insights at meetings
  • Support AEs in client meetings; present insights in QBRs
  • Coordinate with AEs, Ad Ops, Design to launch campaigns on time

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management/client services in ad tech or media planning
  • Experience in video and display advertising with premium publishers, networks, data vendors, or agencies
  • Hands-on programmatic video executions, workflows, troubleshooting
  • Understanding of PMPs; setup and optimization to maximize revenue
  • Experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, or similar platforms
  • Strong, persuasive communication; cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
