Field frequent client requests; collaborate internally for quality work
Demonstrate strategic understanding of client business; provide sound assistance
Help manage projects through the client review process
Understand brand's strategic imperatives; assist in tactical planning
Develop and submit internal documentation per agency SOP

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of project/account management in an advertising agency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication (oral & written) with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills; able to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented; precise in internal and client communications
Client-facing experience via in-person, phone, or email
