- Based in Bergen, primarily from the Bergen office.
- Some Account Management, Sales or Customer Success experience.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- CRM systems and dashboards (Looker, Power BI) a plus.
- Strong relationship, communication and commercial mindset.
- Proactive, independent, able to work in a small setup.
