Account Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Partner Channel activities and train the Partner Channel Sales Executive.
• Report leads, forecasts, and partner progress in QBR cycles.
• Maintain routine contact with top customers and upsell other solutions.
• Coordinate product demos with Sales Support Engineer; support meetings.
• Represent M3 to customers via calls, emails, demos, on-site visits, and events.
• Maintain CRM data; attend product and SOP/SWI reviews; handle inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in a directly related role required.
• Prior management/supervisory duties preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing or Business.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of all M3 products; HR experience preferred.
