  • Manage portfolio of high-impact accounts, aligning with company goals and developing strategies for partner success
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Study data and generate KPI reports using Looker and internal data system
  • Determine needs of merchants, prioritize by business impact, and co-create solutions
  • Strategically introduce new Wolt products to expand partnerships and increase revenue
  • Drive revenue growth and operational improvements with data-driven management
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter to manage accounts outside Vienna

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years solid account management in a high-paced environment
  • Strong analytical experience and Looker dashboard knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex negotiations
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, hospitality and/or marketing is a plus
