- Experience with consultative selling and upsell/cross-sell
- Strong relationship management with a partner-first mindset
- Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (Vitally, Gong)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events
