- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or mental health industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Payers or EAPs.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior executives.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
