  • Strong relationship management with a proactive, partner-first mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (Vitally, Gong)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and develop proactive solutions
