- Experience with consultative selling and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Strong relationship management with a proactive, partner-first mindset
- Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (Vitally, Gong)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and develop proactive solutions
