📋 Description

• Represent Aledade/practice relationships across financial, quality, and ops domains.
• Use analytics to monitor performance and develop improvement plans.
• Build relationships with physicians, providers, and health system executives.
• Present performance, financial, and contract terms to executives and stakeholders.
• Assist training of staff and providers on processes and technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, health tech, or IT, or 8+ years PM.
• 5 years executive-level written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts.
• 6-8 years in practice management, project management, and account management.
• Strong analytical problem solving and healthcare analytics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
